The transport is quite convenient with many routes around, such as Rama 9 Road, Ratchada Road, and Phetchaburi Road. The project is also close to the MRT.

A Large Room with Nice Garden

I bought this condo while it was being built. I inspected the showroom and decided to buy 1 unit then. When the room was completed, I immediately moved here. The condo I stayed in was excellent, situated in the middle of nature. Walking into the project, I felt that it was worth buying it. Many trees cover the communal garden. Also, there is a 7-Eleven convenience store. When I'm hungry or need something urgently, I don't have to go outside the project, just walking down to the 7-Eleven. Moreover, there are relaxation corners set in the communal garden where you can choose to have your leisure time. I have a lot of friends, and I love to have a small party. My friends visit my condo very often. My friends and I always swim and drink a wine watching the stunning sunset view here. There are various essential places nearby, such as malls, MRT stations, and ARL Stations. I can travel everywhen quickly and conveniently. The staff of the condo is also cute with excellent services. I want to thank you very much for taking good care of each other all the time. I want to recommend this condo to everyone. If you like it, let it be one of yours then!

It is such a nice condominium with communal pool, a gym, and playground services for all residents for FREE. There is a convenient store as 7-Eleven in the project as well. Also, it is close to RCA, just 5 minutes walk, and conveniently take GrabTaxi services. As for investors, this area will be Bangkok's new CBD; even it is a bit far from BTS and MRT stations, I can take motorbike services anyway.
The condo is suitable for urban living, worthwhile.

The beautiful condo features a modern swimming pool and gym. Also, there are 7-Eleven and on-site restaurants. There are also many restaurants in the market areas, only 5 minutes away. It is also close to RCA. Also, it is easy to take Taxis as well. The condo area is private and decorated to be luxurious. As for my room, the interior space is large enough for me, nice and comfortable.
Transportation here is not very convenient.

After promoting and moving to Thailand to work, now it's been 2 years since I lived here. There are a lot of things that I like and dislike. I had to adjust a lot during the first time I moved in because I didn't understand the Thai culture. Here, Thai people live about 70%, and a few foreigners are living here. I like that it is not busy even in busy areas. The condo offers a high level of privacy, calmness, and complete facilities. The room I rented is an annual contract with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, about 30 sq.m. and separated. There is a kitchen equipped with ready-to-use furniture. It is very suitable for one person. The bedroom is an airy breeze and comfortable and comes with a wardrobe and table with quality products. The bathroom provides good quality sanitary ware from the American Standard brand, even though the condo is close to the main road and expressway. But the design is pretty good. The room was quiet and soundproofed very well. In terms of the common area, I must say that it is full of facilities. There is a fully equipped gym (People come a lot in the evening but I mostly come in the morning and on holidays) There is a very large floating pool on the 6th floor with a seating area around which Sometimes I have my friends come and party here. We can see an excellent view of the evening. There are saunas and multipurpose rooms. If we need anything more, you can contact the staff at the Lobby anytime. I think it's an excellent service at a very affordable price. It is truly worth the investment and stay. The downside is transportation here is not very convenient. I would say that I don't have a car. So, I always use public transportation or taxis to go anywhere. It takes about 20 minutes by walk to reach Rama 9 MRT station. If using a taxi, it is just about 10 minutes. From here, you can connect to any transportation to different places in Bangkok easily and faster furthermore, if you like to party or light up at night. Lumpini Condo Rama 9 is very close to RCA and nightlife areas, and it takes just 10 minutes by walk to the accommodation. Overall, I am impressed and have no plans to relocate. This place is good and worth the price.

Modern condo with a complete range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym, lush green areas, a sauna, and a multi-purpose room. This condo offers a high-security level because there is CCTV around the project and 24 hours security guards. The room fits well and is partly furnished with a cheap rental fee, matching my needs. Unfortunately, there are insufficient car parking spaces for the residents, compared to the numbers of the units. Overall, it's acceptable and convenient!
