Direction to the Project
-Traveling by public transport - you can use the MRT subway. The nearest station is Huai Khwang MRT. Leave the station at exit No.1, and walk south for 30 meters, then turn left onto Pracharat Bampen Road, and continue straight for 280 meters. Afterward, turn left to Pracharat Bamphen 5 and go straight for about 70 meters. When you arrive at Pracharat Bamphen 5, Lane 6, you will find the project on your left.

-Traveling by car - you can start from Esplanade Ratchadapisek, drive north on Ratchadaphisek Road for about 1.2 kilometers, keep left to continue straight, and turn right at Huai Khwang intersection onto Pracharat Bamphen Road. Continue straight for 290 meters, then turn left onto Pracharat Bamphen 5 and continue straight for 72 meters. Afterward, turn right onto Pracharat Bamphen 5, Lane 6, and you will find the project on the left side.

This project is ideal for those looking for a condo in the Huai Khwang neighborhood. It is very convenient because it is close to Huai Khwang MRT and it connects to major roads such as Rama 9 Road, Asoke Road, Ladprao Road, etc., making it easier to drive to the city. Also, it’s suitable for those who want a fully furnished room in modern style. I bought a 2-bedrooms unit. What's even more impressive is that the project provides furniture and materials of excellent quality, perfectly arranged and proportioned. Since the project also serves as a hotel, the common areas and facilities are extremely luxurious. The hotel's services are available to condo residents as well. In addition, the security system is extremely strict. I feel very safe.
