To get to the project by car, you can start from the Thailand Cultural MRT station with a distance is about 1.6 kilometers, which takes about 3 minutes. Then, continue heading northeast on Ratchadapisek Road and continue straight for about 350 meters. Then, use the right lane 2 lanes to turn right at the Thiam Ruammit Intersection to go onto Thiam Ruammit Road. After that, continue straight for about 1.3 kilometers, and you will find the project on the left.

To get to the project by MRT, you can choose to get off at the Thailand Cultural MRT station with a distance of 1.6 kilometers, and you will find the project next to the main road. There will be taxis and motorbike taxi services available for convenient and fast commuting.

Centrally located in the city, shady and tranquil atmosphere, very private.

I bought a house here with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house design is a new novel, different from other projects. It is designed in modern minimal style. However, it is not recommended for those who love the triangular end of a roof. There are 3 types of houses to choose from according to the living area. The prices are also diverse. It has a swimming pool, a gym, and a clubhouse for the residents to enjoy it. The security system is regarded as excellent with electric folding doors—installing up to 35 CCTV cameras throughout the project. Life here is warm and comfortable. The journey is also convenient with a private car since it is more convenient. Besides, The roads connect in this area with the nearest Thailand Cultural MRT station. It is about 2 kilometers away from the project. It is perfect for those who love shopping due to its location adjacent to Robinson (RatchadapisekX and CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9. For me, it's a great value for a spacious house which is perfect for my family. I have to say that this place is the best.
