Once you get off the station, head northeast on Thanon Phaya Thai to enter Soi Ratchawithi 13 for 140 meters and turn left for another 42 meters. Then, turn left and use an overpass to cross the road. After that, turn right onto Ratchawithi Road for 73 meters, and you will find the project on your right-hand side.

The best pet-friendly condo

My 1 bedroom unit is beautifully decorated and has a private atmosphere. The common area also has all the amenities, but unfortunately, the swimming pool is on the 2nd floor, so the view isn't as lovely as it could be. This condo welcomes pets, and there is a pet yard on the rooftop where I often walk my dog. The project is situated in an ideal location, close to Century Mall. It is also close to Victory Monument BTS, making travel easy.
