Then, turn right at the Lamsalee Intersection onto Highway 33440 and go straight for 1 kilometer. After that, go straight 1.5 kilometers and turn left to Route 3701. I bought a 3-story unit as a home office. This house is divided into a bathroom, kitchen, and 2 car parking spaces. There's a lot of facilities, such as a swimming pool, lush garden, gym, car parking, and 24-hour security. More importantly, it is located near Phra Ram 9, with many housing projects nearby and other local amenities such as Stamford International University and Pan-Asia International School. Plus, there are community malls nearby, such as The Paseo Mall and Tesco Lotus On Nut. For those who look for a large single house with convenient transportation, I would recommend it here!
