Iris Condominium is an older project, hence their rooms are of a larger size. The rooms are very spacious and allow for great comfort. The rooms are a bit old and worn down, but acceptable. Facilities such as the gym and the swimming pool are also worn down but can still be used. There is a hairdresser and a small minimarket within the project. In general, the project and its units are livable and often priced at a very competitive price.
