To get to the project by car, you can start from the Phatthanakan Intersection by driving west to Pattanakarn Road with a distance of about 1.8 kilometers. Turning left to Soi Pattanakarn 38/Soi Charoen Phatthana. Then, drive for about 1.2 kilometers and turn left to Pruksa Avenue. Afterward, drive for about 260 meters, then turn right and go straight for about 19 meters. You will find the project on your right.

A beautiful and livable house

It is a single-detached house that suits my lifestyle because its setting is not a bustling, yet secluded in a quiet atmosphere. There is a beautiful decoration and a modern design. Besides, this place is not far from several famous destinations, making it easy to travel as well as get to the city in a few minutes. Moreover, the project offers a number of facilities, such as a good security system, CCTVs surrounding the project, and a communal garden area where you can rest or relax in your free time. Overall, I'm not dissatisfied with my decision to buy a single house here.
