Detached house on the outskirts of Bangkok, high safety

It's a detached house in the suburb, convenient to travel via an expressway. There is a high level of security with security guards 24/7. The atmosphere from the project's entrance is peaceful and lovely. The house is a two-story modern design. The neighbors are friendly, both Thai and foreigners. The location is not far from Bang Khun Thian, and there are many seafood restaurants nearby. Tesco Lotus, Big C, and many other leading schools are just a short drive away. I enjoy the neighboring atmosphere. It is not as crowded as in the city, and traveling anywhere is convenient.
