Direction
- Traveling by car, the project is located at Soi Thong Lor. It is a route that connects Sukhumvit Road and Petchaburi Road. It is also near the entrance of the Chalong Rat Expressway, the Si Rat Expressway, and the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway. Although it is the point of a massive traffic jam, there are still many avoidable routes.
- Traveling by public transport, there are much public transport, both taxi, and motorbike services. If you take the BTS, there is the nearest station, Thong Lo BTS Station Exit No. 3, approximately 2.2 km. It takes about 7 minutes drive.

The Thonglor area is considered in residential areas, and I think this place is quite okay. The room I stayed in was a 2 bedroom type which was spacious and fully furnished. The common area has a garden, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. It is comfortable, and you rarely have to go out. Plus, traveling is easy and hassle. The staff is super helpful. The security system is also excellent, with CCTV installed around the building, and there is also a 24-hour security guard.
The tallest condominium at Thonglor

It is said that The Monument Thonglor is a luxury condominium. As I heard, it is the tallest project in the Thonglor area recently, yet it is very luxurious since entering the project. The project's entrance using an RFID system that can be driven through the door is quite convenient. The project uses decorations from many world-class brands. There are very few units per floor, which marked a private atmosphere. The room I am interested in is a 3-bedroom unit with a living area of 252.25 sq.m. When I open the door, a lobby hall is in front of my room. It is also possible to open the window to get a natural breeze that feels like living in a single house. Materials decorated in the room are excellent, such as imported marble, kitchen appliances from Smeg (made in Italy), and Binova kitchen set. Also, the room's Low-E window glass is designed to prevent the heat from the outside up to 50% and block noise from the outside up to 30%. The room's size is spacious and has plenty of usable space with built-in furniture designed to be elegant and beautiful with complete functions. Besides, the view from every room has an exclusive view. The most important is that the dogs are allowed to bring up in this project, but the size must not weigh more than 10 kg. In front of the project, there is a green garden area and Dog Park. There is much green space, both front and back gardens. If you buy a room with a 3-bedrooms or bigger, you will have a private car park, which the project specially provides. We don't need to worry about parking spaces because the space for parking is spacious and enough for all residents. Moreover, the project also focuses on art and artworks that can be viewed in the reception hall and common areas; another highlight is that the project's swimming pool is unique and beautiful. However, it is relatively not private because it is in the middle of the building. Overall it is PERFECT! If you want to invest in a property, I would highly recommend this place as an option because it is worth the money.
Fully-equipped condo, beautiful modern design

The condo is comfortable. For me, this place makes my vacation in Bangkok perfect because it is equipped with a variety of facilities, comprising a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, a fitness center, and other premium services. It is also surrounded by amenities such as Thonglor BTS station, Terminal 21, and Bangkok Hospital, just minutes away. Very good! I am impressed with the room as it is stylish and looks good with perfect room division. This place is complete situated in the middle of the city as well.

I made the right decision. I can say that the design and material used are elegant and classy. Also, the facilities are so modern. Living here is so private as there are four units on each floor, and also there is a private elevator. For those who are interested buy for investment, I think it’s a good option. As you know, Thonglor district is another CBD in Bangkok. It might be easy for sale or renting out.
The cats are allowed. I love it!

It is another luxury project that I'm impressed with since the tallest building on Thonglor Road overlooking a clearer city view than other nearby buildings. This place is incredibly luxurious, where the lobby is decorated with high-quality materials from abroad. Besides, Various furniture is designed by famous designers, and everything looks perfect. However, the starting prices are considered very high. It is probably because it is located in an economic district. So, the land price here is higher than in other areas. However, it is worth it, and it is suitable for the price compared with the convenience that we get. The services include a common area with premium facilities, and the pets are allowed as well. This condo well-matches many needs and is very attractive to businessmen.
