About the Developer - Ornsirin Group

The company was founded by acquirring a small housing project and renamed as “Ornsirin 1” with a starting capital of 10 million Baht. With in only one year, the company was able to close the first housing project sale. - 2006

2007 – 2009 During these years, Thailand’s property boom has benefited our company’s sales revenue. The sales was gradually increased and the company developed another project; Ornsirin 2.

2010 – 2011 The Company expanded exponentially; 5 projects (namely Ornsirin 3, Ornsirin 4, Ornsirin 5, Ornsirin Townhome 1 and The Next Condominium 2) where our first townhouse project and condominium project were launched during these years. The company’s sales revenue started to grow steadily.

2012 The company increased the registered capital to 500 million baht, preparing for expansion of new property development projects. The total capital of the conpany and subsidiaries were at 700 million baht, where 6 new projects (Ornsirin 6, Business Center 1, Business Center 2, The Next Condominium 1 and The Next Condominium 3) were launched during this year.

2013 – 2014 Ornsirin saw big potential in luxury property market, The ASTRA Condominium (one of the biggest residential condominiums with over 60,000 sqm. of construction area in Chiangmai) was launched. Four low-rise projects were also launched; namely Business Center 4, Business Center 5, Ornsirin 11 and Ornsirin 14, which eventually pushed the toal project value to 8,600 million baht.

2015 During this year, Ornsirin has gone through series of improvements which including restructuring the management of the organization, recruiting real-estate professionals, introducing the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) into the company working system and preparing for listing in Thailand Stock Market in the future. The company mission and vision of being a leading proprty developer in Northern Thailand focusing on building a better living for home buyers and all stakeholders under a good governance were enrooted into our employee’s minds. Parenting company, Ornsirin Holding, was established for enhancing the structure for the company future expansion. I love that the project is in the city center of Chiang Mai, so it's quite convenient to travel and live here. Nearby, there are restaurants and convenience stores. In only 15 minutes, you can get to Maya Mall, which is not far at all. The project looks modern. My 1-bedroom unit is on the 15th floor. The view is so stunning, and the entire space is windy. The units are quite dense, so the area is crowded with the residents. It can sometimes be noisy, but I didn't find any problem after informing the juristic person anymore.

The project is in a good location of the Chiang Mai's center, close to many attractions such as the Chiang Mai night market and Chiang Mai Gate. The condo is well known among taxi and tuk-tuk drivers, so it's quite convenient to get there. It's quite clean inside the project, and the staff is so helpful. The stunning infinity-edge swimming pool is what my friends and I love the most. Also, there is a gym and sauna. The room I rent comes with a complete set of furniture. I can adore the breathtaking city view. It's a memorable time staying here.

We can stay here comfortably without using a private car because it is located in Chiang Mai City and close to night markets, restaurants, and many other amenities. Here, many public cars are running throughout the day. The price is also low. We can easily take the bus. This condo is situated in Chiang Mai city, which we can see Chaing Mai city view from our room. Also, there is a swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness room. Personally, I am happy to choose to stay here. If there is a chance to visit Chiang Mai, I'd like to rent here again.

I decided to buy The Astra Condo in Chiang Mai because I have to move here for the long term. This condo has a perfect location because it's in the heart of the city on Chang Klan Road. It is very convenient to travel and close to shopping centers, restaurants, department stores, and various community malls as well. I also like the design and decoration in a modern style with a touch of Lanna, making every room look beautiful and unique. The common areas are complete with a fitness center, a spa, a sauna, and an infinity-edge pool. I am very impressed with this place. Not disappointed at all!

The location of the condo is ideal near shopping centers, restaurants, and department stores. The room was designed perfectly with a touch of Lanna and modernity, which is unique. I stay in a 1-bedroom unit. It was clean and functional, including the living area, dining area, and kitchen, which would satisfy people who love cooking. The project has many room types, from 1 to 3 bedrooms and Penthouse. So, it's suitable for family or individuals. The common area has many facilities such as a gym, sauna, spa, and infinity-edge pool. Super modern! You can also enjoy the view from Doi Suthep from the pool. It's a shame that the pool is quite small and a bit dark. The security system meets the standard from key card access, CCTV to security guards for 24 hours. It makes me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.

This condo is located near the Night Bazaar and not far from the old town. There are many shops in the neighborhood. What is not impressive is that there will be many people during the Chiang Mai high season, and I have to stay in the room. Going anywhere is difficult. However, the condo is considered designed to meet the residents' needs. There is also a fitness room and a swimming pool. Sometimes crowded, and here there are many Chinese residents. There are both monthly and daily guest customers.

The condo is located in a fantastic location, in the heart of Chiang Mai city. It is a quality location surrounded by amenities such as schools, shopping malls, walking street, and famous tourist spots like Tha Pae and Chiang Mai Gate. There is a new project, 17 floors high in luxury and stylish design. The project is well managed. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, and ample parking space. Very nice one!
