There is a lot to love about Baan Pattaya properties. The village is well built, quiet, has good security, clean and best of all..... all power lines are underground! House construction quality is very good and being a luxury development, they allow you to customise your house. The village is located 3 minutes from Motorway 7 allowing easy access to most international schools.
A beautiful house is in a potential location, close to amenities and attractions.

I have decided to buy a 4-bedroom house from this project. The land size is about 600 square meters which is so spacious, and also it comes at a reasonable price. It is worthwhile considering the location and house quality. The construction will begin only after the contract has been signed and the first deposit has been paid. It takes about 5-6 months to build and decorate. I like the furniture because most of it is built-in to make it look elegant. The project is close to the shops, convenience stores, and many attractions such as Pattaya Dolphin World and fresh markets to buy food every day. This project focuses on privacy as there are only 18 houses. The project also provides basic facilities, like a swimming pool and gym. Although it’s not very big, it is sufficient for the number of the residents.
