My sister's family and I bought a house here, next to each other. It is a townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area is perfect for 6 family members, and the house was unfurnished at first. However, it's not a problem, and we bought furniture sets to decorate by ourselves. The project road is also wide. It's also secured to park a car outside because the security guards are on their excellent duties. The neighbors respect each other even though there are many houses here. I'm lucky to buy the house here. Anyway, there are not many shops nearby, but you can drive to Tesco Lotus Thalang, which takes about 15 minutes.
