This condo is very well located between Udomsuk and 101/1. Many restaurants and shop within walking distance. Shopping malls nearby such as Seacon Square, Paradise, Central Bangna, and the upcoming Bangkok Mall. Easy to travel with proximity to BTS Sukhumvit Line, soon the MRT yellow line on Srinakarin, Bangna Trad, expressways within 5 minutes drive, airport just 20-25 minutes away. Maintenance could be improved, but that depends on the property management, which changes every 2 years. All in all a nice and cosy condo to live, nice open view and comfortable space.

The concept of this project makes me very excited. It's a low-cost project with many special offers, including home automation, multi-layered security with the VDO Door Phone, and WiFi. All are included in the CAM fee. The room and building design are beautiful. I have been living in a 1-bedroom unit. It is fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. Moreover, there is also a shuttle service to Udom Suk BTS station and another drop-off point near the expressway entry point. It is a very convenient location, surrounded by shopping malls, shops, restaurants, schools, and hospitals.
