The luxury condo in the heart of New CBD Rama 9

The project is in an excellent location. It meets the needs of living a lot. The surrounding area is surrounded by complete facilities, which is close to the office and Fortune Town. There are numerous restaurants to choose from. Traveling is also convenient for people who do not want to use a private car, like me. The condo is only a 5-minute walk from the Phra Ram 9 MRT station. For me, this project is considered perfect and luxurious, providing fully functional facilities, such as a swimming pool, a fitness room, a yoga room, a garden, and many other amenities. What I like best is the design of a two-story loft. It's cutting-edge. The décor and materials used are of high quality. The interior is clearly divided into different zones, each with its own set of functions. Unfortunately, the bedroom and the bathroom are on different floors, which I think is inconvenient.
Space theme in design - its a matter of taste

The showroom has indeed a "space" kind of look with tinted mirrors and shiny decorations. The loft unit on site is nice but the price points for the project are not realistic. Rama 9 is the new central business district of Bangkok and a hotspot for the white collar working class. Its also very congested and traffic is awful. Recommended to live here if mass transportation is your thing. Overall this is an area that never sleeps. Central Rama 9 is on walking distance and may shopping complexes along Ratchada road. the project is situated at the beginning of Rama 9 CBD and 10 min away from Sukhumvit rd
