Everything is within walking distance from 7/11, shops, pubs, bars, and restaurants to night clubs and marijuana pop-up trucks. BTS Nana, BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit are just a few steps away. The Benchakitti Queen Sirikit Park and Lumpini Park are close to walk to. The apartment is good for short-term stay, but is also good for long-term stay, as it can make you feel like home.     To be honest, the room here is very big. Even the 2-bedroom unit has an area of 120 square meters, and the balcony is wide enough to see the whole city view day and night. It also comes with full furniture. Besides, the project only has around 80 units so it won’t be busy. The neighbors mostly are business people. Also, there are many facilities, such as a swimming pool, a fitness room, a sauna, a garden and so on. However, the juristic of this project isn’t willing to give me a service. I’m not okay with them. Apart from this, It’s all good, especially the central location close to everything. I can walk to Nana BTS within less than 5 minutes. It is near Terminal 21 and Central Department Store as well.
