Elements is by far my favorite place to live having lived at two other condominiums in the past three years. Elements have great facilities such as a gym and swimming pool. All public areas are kept clean and well-maintained. The juristic office was always incredibly friendly and helpful. I once saw someone damage my motorcycle, juristic office was willing to share all the CCTV videos with me. The units at Elements are great, it is a clean, modern project with very large rooms. Having stayed in a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit, there was always plenty of space. The project is also pet-friendly. The location is phenomenal, down a small street but right across the road from Seacon Square, Paradise Park, the Train Market, and Rama 9 Park. There was always plenty to do in the area.

I rented a one-bedroom apartment in this condo. The living space perfectly fits my lifestyle. The reason why I rented it is that the condo is in the center of many amenities and has convenient transport. It's near shopping malls, markets, and restaurants. Plus, there are many facilities within the project, such as the swimming pool, the fitness center, and many others. As for the security system, It's strict and safe. I don't have to worry about my safety at all, and I'm very impressed by this condo.
