Beautiful condo in Huai Khwang area.

I've rented a room here for about 2 years. It is a nice room, fully furnished with high-quality materials. The security guards, housekeepers, and neighbors are all friendly. It has shops and restaurants around the project. Also, It is only a short distance from the Sutthisan MRT station. However, the project's entrance is less traveled. If you walk alone at night, it's quite scary. Even if you have a car, getting in and out of the alley is difficult due to its narrowness. I have to deduct points for that.
