This condo is in a good condition

I can't believe that this project was completed 20 years ago because the entire building looks new. The room I live is a one-bedroom unit which the bedroom is much wider than a normal condo. The location is great, not far from Ratchadamri BTS, just 5 minutes walk. So, it's easy to get around and worry less about a traffic jam. I usually go to Siam as it's just one BTS station away. Like other condos, the facilities are basic such as a swimming pool, passenger elevators, and fitness center. They are not as fascinating as other new condos, but they are in good condition. Overall, I am satisfied with the place. I think the price is reasonable, considering its quality and location.
