I've been renting in this condo for a while now. Overall, it's pretty ok. The room I stayed in is a 1 -bedroom unit, larger than a typical condo, and well-divided. The decoration is unique. There is an earth tone color that looks easy on the eyes. Another thing is that the corridor is a single corridor giving privacy. The facilities are complete with a swimming pool and fitness center that are always well maintained. The only drawback found is that although it is near Saphan Khwai BTS, it is still not considered a walking distance, so you may have to take a taxi. It is not a big deal for me since I have my car. It is also not far from Chatuchak Market, Central Ladprao, and Union Mall. I would say this condo is perfect!
