A luxury mansion in the downtown of Rama 9

The developer has collaborated with a Japanese Team. Therefore, the style of the house has been influenced by Japanese design. There is a use of wood for interior decoration and brought an advanced innovative technology from Japan. The advanced technology will make the living of the residents get a better life. Moreover, bringing a cool home system, the dust-free home system, and the energy-saving house is attractive. Besides, there is a bedroom with a cushioned floor downstairs as well. When falling, it won't hurt. Furthermore, the bathroom has a door more than 1 meter wide with a ramp, which is very suitable for the elderly. Moreover, the location of the project is considered a prime location in the future. It is near the expressway and Suvarnabhumi International Airport. It is convenient to travel everywhere.

I bought this 2-story house with 4 bathrooms. The house is quite large, so it doesn't feel cramped. The house is durable with quality material. It's quite shady around the project, and the facilities are elegant. Excellent location close to Motorway 7 and Stamford International University. Both of my children study here, so it's convenient to get there.

Perfect Masterpiece Rama 9 is such a unique project which attracts me to buy it. It's designed for the future, and many innovations were imported from Japan. Actually, my friends brought me into the project, and I decided to buy one unit. I bought this house because I wish to have this kind of innovation house before, and I think it might be good for the future. The highlight that the developer pays attention to build this house is the advanced technology applied, such as it is used as a fresh air technology in the house. This technology brings the atmosphere of the house comfortable and safe living from air pollution PM 2.5. This house is suitable for urban residents nowadays. With modern construction, I trust in the standard project materials used because they are stronger than the reinforced concrete and absorb the earthquake's force well. If I want to enlarge the house in the future, I can also do it easily because the house walls here are designed to be moved. Besides, it helps me save electricity and helps the world reducing pollution. The location is excellent, but not recommended for people who like to travel by the BTS Skytrain station because it is far from those stations. For me, there is no problem in this regard because I use a private car to get around the city is easy and convenient. Also, the Bangkok - Kretha Road, which is under construction, will be completed shortly. It will be more comfortable and convenient to travel everywhere

It is a quality house that I chose to buy, and I don't disappoint. Perfect Masterpiece Rama 9 is a modern style house, which is very pleasing to me. The design makes spending life comfortable because there is a circulating air system by the innovative AIR FACTORY SYSTEM and environmentally friendly. Besides, many on-site facilities, such as a fitness center, living room, and a tight security system. I'm sure it's safe. Also, this house will not affect the problem if there is a flood because there is a floor service system that will help prevent the house's subsidence.
The project design is in modern style.

We bought a house here as a bridal house, which it's been chosen by my husband. He loves the modern house, so we decided to buy the project here. The project design can be called modern. It is a smart home system and is also equipped with an energy-saving system. It meets the foreigners' needs. Besides, the communal pool and a park for jogging and family activities. It's a green area in the center of the city. The disadvantage is that traveling to various places is not convenient, and you have to use a private car only and far from the other amenities !!!
