The townhome is very nice. I recommend it.

I bought this townhome and have lived here for about 7 months. The project is well-spaced and nicely decorated that I could even feel relaxed with nature. The common areas feature a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a park, and a good security system. The staff is friendly and helpful. Though the house is not in the city's centre, it is in an area with all amenities, including hospitals, schools, leading department stores, restaurants and service outlets. To my mind, I am happy with this condo and would recommend it.
