The atmosphere is very satisfying. The condo is within reach of Cha Am Beach and Hua Hin Airport. Traveling is convenient because it is not far from the main road. The village is quiet and secure. The neighbors are friendly. Most of them bought the houses and came for their vacation from time to time. The security guard did a very good job. Another good thing is that the selling price is not pricey at all compared to other beachside locations such as Phuket and Pattaya, so I decided to buy a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa for my family vacation home. The villa is well designed, romantic, attractive, well proportioned, and has good ventilation. I feel like my energy is fully charged every time I come here, and I would definitely recommend it for those seeking a home for vacation.
