Spacious house in a brand-new village

The house is very big. When I saw it in the picture, I thought the house looked inviting because it was for advertising purposes. When I visited the actual house, I was surprised as it is a new house with a swimming pool and garden to walk around and relax. Besides, the village is tranquil with only ten units, very private! As for the journey, it may feel a bit far from the city, but there are shops and restaurants around the village. Therefore, I do not have to worry about dining at all. Overall, quite impressive. If you have a car, it will be even more convenient to travel.

The houses are beautifully designed with the standard building structure, and it is a recently completed project. Therefore, not many people have moved yet. The project entrance is quite crowded because it is a community center with a fresh market and many schools. I think it is suitable for a vacation home and for people who like privacy. Besides, the project features a swimming pool, garden, and spaces for organizing parties. Anyway, the disadvantage will be the location because it is too far from Hua Hin. If you go to the beach, you have to drive about 15-20 minutes !!

Beautiful villa, clean, and excellent security system! The atmosphere is very cozy, and the villa is spacious with a private pool. There are many rooms, over 3 bedrooms. A full range of facilities is also provided. The project location is close to Hua Hin Town. It takes only 15 minutes to buy something. To stay at a tranquil place and far from the hustle and bustle area, I think it is worth the price and It'll not disappoint you for sure.

I bought a house with The Lees 1 project for a while. The on-site is wide, and the usable areas are a good proportion, whether a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything is of good quality and other various furniture. The project has installed electrical equipment, home appliances, kitchenware already come, and a swimming pool, which everything fulfills my needs.

I bought a 3-bedroom second-hand house from the previous owner. I decided to buy it here because the house has a large area and the condition is good inside. I think it has been taken care of well. There are a shady garden and a private swimming pool in front of the house. All the family members can have a happy time at our home. This project's location is in the Hin Lek Fai area; it is considered quiet and private. Yet, I can drive to Hua Hin town easily. It takes about 20 minutes.

A pool villa with a beautiful and elegant design. There are complete in-house facilities, including a swimming pool, parking, a hot water system in every bathroom. Quiet and privacy, suitable for living peacefully as a family. The neighborhood is easy to find food to eat, as there will be many options. It takes only 15 minutes to travel to Hua Hin Night Market.
