I have had this room for 3 years for renting out, and the return is GOOD! There are always foreigners contacting me for more details as the location is convincing. The access is very convenient near Phrom Phong BST, almost 1 km away. If you prefer to go shopping, the TOP Supermarket is 600 meters away, or the Miracle mall is 650 meters. It's also easy to find restaurants, schools, and hospitals. The condo seems outdated but well-maintained. The staff is excellent service-minded. The facilities are extensive, with a pool, a gym, and many more. The room types vary from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Mine is a 3-bedroom type at 145 sq.m wide with modern furniture. It's just ready to move in! My clients are usually fond of renting my place. I got so many compliments. I would recommend the condo if anyone is buying a condo for investment!
