It's a townhouse project offering 3 types, and I'm interested in the home-office one because my old office's rental contract is about to expire. So, I decided to buy any house that can be adjusted to both a house and a home office, and this project matches my needs. It has 3 bedrooms, and it was perfectly designed with various functions. The project facilities seem limited, but it's not an issue. There is also the shuttle bus to the Yaek Kor Por Aor BTS, as well as the project is conveniently located in a prestigious location, close to shopping malls, schools, hospitals, etc.
