A detached house project with a good price

This is a new project in the Wongwaen-Ramintra area. I think the price is reasonable compared to other projects in the area. There are 2 house types available. The usable areas range from 299 to 304 square meters, which I don't think is much different. Although the property is beautifully decorated in a Modern European style, there are unfortunately not many facilities available. There is just a park and a security system. However, there are various in-house functions so you don't have to use common areas.
