The project master plan is designed well for pure residential purposes with exceptional facilities and maintenance. MRT station, international schools and shopping is just a few minutes walk from the property. Parking facilities are good including fixed covered parking for owners. Just a stone throw distance from Thailand Cultural center and Korean embassy. Just a short 5minutes drive to the Rama9 expressway point that leads to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Good mix of Thai and Expat residents. Overall one of the best in the heart of the extended CBD area.

I bought a 2 bedroom unit because I liked the project design, which focuses on European-style beauty. The design is smooth and elegant. It is located in the city center and close to Big C, Thai Cultural Center, and MRT station, making it easier for me to decide to buy. It is the perfect location, including the location, parking, common areas that are clean, pleasant to use, and excellent security. It makes me feel very confident in the safety of this place.

It is a large project on an area of ​​over 17 rai with a total of 9 buildings in English Aristocratic style. There are many room types from 1 to 4 bedrooms and penthouses. More importantly, it is close to Thailand Cultural Center MRT and Si Rat Expressway, which helps me avoid Bangkok's classic traffic problems. The communal area has an infinity pool, Ozone system, fitness center, sauna, a canopy landscape, and the unique English garden to create a natural atmosphere.

A perfect location close to Thailand Cultural Centre MRT. I like this place as it has a small number of units on each floor, privacy and not being crowded. The ozone swimming pool system will preserve the skin and is decorated with cute swan sculptures. The gym is so large here! Each area in the room is quite spacious, divided into perfect proportions. I just feel the balcony is too small for a 2 bedroom unit. Moreover, this place is very close to The Esplanade and Train Night Market Ratchada. It's super convenient.
Not crowded feels like staying at home, not a condominium.

The condo has a nice atmosphere. There is a high-security system with security guards who are always taking care of them all the time. The condo management is standard and quiet. The swimming pool is spacious and clean. There is also a parking building. The room that I live in is a 2 bedroom type suitable for our small family. Traveling to different places is not difficult. But without a private car, you can use the Thailand Cultural Centre MRT everywhere easier!!

The project is opposite the office, very comfortable as it's just across the road. The condo is in a convenient location in the Ratchada area, near the Cultural Center and the Ratchada Train Night Market. It is clean and has a 24-hour security guard. The one-bedroom unit area is approximately 40 square meters wide, with a kitchen, bedroom, and en-suite bathroom. The common areas are fully equipped, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and playground. If you are a resident here, you can use them for free. most of the neighbors are working-aged residents and foreigners.

I am one who likes the western decoration style. First of all, I have bought Supalai Condominium for two years. I live with my family of 3 people, my husband, and I and children. One of the reasons I chose the Supalai Wellington Condominium is because it is close to my daughter's school. I don't have to drive so far because school is only 1.5 kilometers away from the condominium. We can take the time to do other things comfortably. The decoration is elegant and complete with amenities in the room. Even the common area is perfect, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, library, and more. Someday, if I am bored to drive a car, I will use public transportation such as the National Cultural Center MRT. It is very close to my condo. Going to a department store is also convenient. For example, Robinson Department Store (Ratchada), only 1.2 kilometers away, about 5 minutes' drive to the mall. The room is beautifully decorated. There is orderly zoning of the usable area. Anyone looking for a condo in the Ratchada area Here is all-in-one, and it is also very worth the investment.
