I'm renting a condo in the Asoke-Din Daeng area. I decided to rent a condo in this area because it is a convenient location not far from work, and I do not have to walk a long distance because the bus stop is in front of the condo. It's very convenient. In addition to convenient transportation, being close to Ratchaprasong Intersection, where there are many restaurants, is another good thing. Personally, I'm very impressed. My room has 1 bedroom with a size of 30 square meters. The interior is decorated with simple furniture. It's not very luxurious, but it looks good. There are also facilities, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and security guards to take care of residents' safety. The rental price is only ten thousand per month. If you compare it to the quality and good location, I think this is a worthwhile condo.
