“Romantic Thailand” activities held throughout Feb

The campaign, expecting the draw more than 1,500 couples around the world to Thailand, features numerous activities lovers will enjoy during their stay. Not only the newlyweds stand to enjoy their honeymoon in the kingdom, but also those who are about to tie the knot; they can do so by taking part in an underwater wedding held in Trang Province, or in Surin Province where couples can get married on the back of an elephant.
In addition to the weddings, lovers can engage in romantic activities at Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Phuket International Airport.
The “Romantic Thailand” campaign, which is being held throughout the month of February (1-28), is initiated by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) in cooperation with the Airports of Thailand (AOT).
