Sea rescue as 11 tourists and crew saved from pleasure boat

Video posted online showed the efforts of Pattaya Sea Rescue to save seven passengers and four crew aboard a boat in trouble in high seas off Koh Khram, Sattahip.
A Facebook poster said afterwards that the tourists had lost all their possessions and were stranded on the island waiting for help.
The post was shared widely online.
The Pattaya authorities said that all 11 passengers and crew were safely rescued and the boat was now back in the marina.
The passengers were Thai and Chinese.
The video showed red flags flying at port.
An investigation is underway.
