Stop this thief – Samui resident needs your help in identifying this man

Yesterday a robbery occurred in Bophut, the thief was caught on CCTV. The victims, police and owner of the villa now urgently need your help in identifying this man.
The robbery happened between Bophut and Maenam at 9am on the morning of Tuesday the 25th March. He appeared as if he knew the villa well. Acted very confidently in his approach, even knocked the front door then walked straight in. Finding nothing he the proceeded down the outside staircase and in to the ,maids quarters. It took all of 5 minutes and the he was out. Again exited in a very confident manner as if he was a tourist looking around for accommodation. He left on a white and red Fino (or Honda) styled scooter. My guess is that if someone had of answered the door he would have had a story such as inquiring about rates etc. If any staff or guests see anyone approaching their house calling in for a general inquiry I would definitely be aware that they are probably casing the house for a future visit. From the video it appears he is from South East Asia and has bleached his dark hair to appear like a tourist.
If you have seen him or know who he is please call 0810829355 immediately.
