Taxi driver denies rape – but admits to sexually molesting seven year old step-daughter

Police in Bangkok yesterday arrested a 44 year old taxi driver on an arrest warrant after receiving a complaint that he had been sexually molesting his seven year old step-daughter while her mother was out.
Bang Khen cops went to the Ruam Jai Pattana Neua community near the Victory Monument where they apprehended Sila Yailamyaung.
His victim was taken to hospital for checks.
Poramet Poinork a deputy at Bang Khen station said the suspect had denied he ever raped the child.
He was prepared to swear to that fact, reported Daily News in a graphic headline that alluded to the suspect’s brazen statements.
He was detained.
