Thai Airways launches new promo to facilitate mourners

National carrier Thai Airways International PCL has resolved to waive its rescheduling and rerouting fees, while organizing a special fare to accommodate Thais in distant provinces wishing to fly to Bangkok and pay their respects to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Grand Palace.
President of Thai Airways Jarumporn Chotikasathien revealed that in tribute to the Late King, Thai Airways International issued several policies for its passengers. Rescheduling and rerouting fees will be waived for passengers that booked flights to or from Bangkok before October 15th for travel between October 14th to November 14th. However, any taxes and fare differences will be charged accordingly.
Furthermore, the company also launched a special fare for domestic travel, starting at 1,090 baht, with business class at 3,090 baht per trip. The ticket is now available for purchase through the airline’s website or sales office at 02-356-1111. The fare is on offer until December 31st this year.
