Thai women arrested for luring women into prostitution

Two Thai women have been arrested on charges of luring women into prostitution in both the United Kingdom and South Korea.
At a press conference yesterday the police Anti-Human Trafficking Division said thatPhingjai Kim and Thipphawan Tempao allegedly duped a seventeen year old girl into going to South Korea. The young girl thought she was going to be joining a Thai massage parlor but instead was forced to provide sexual services when she arrived in the country. The young woman made a bid for her escape by posting messages on a social media site and her ordeal that started last year ended in May when she returned to Thailand
In another case, the division arrested Chada Intayuang after another woman claimed that the suspect, along with a British national and a Chinese national promised her a job in the UK after she paid them Bt500,000. The victim said she was forced to provide sexual services in several cities in England and Scotland. She said served as many as seven to 15 men daily between September and December in 2007, until she was rescued in a police raid.Two Thai women have been arrested on charges of luring women into prostitution in both the United Kingdom and South Korea.
