The RePlay Pause Carnival Party

The RePlay Pause Carnival Party on July 28th at the RePlay Samui Condominium was a roaring success. The RePlay team invited many island residents and RePlay condo owners to come and celebrate the grand opening of their project in Bangrak.
The party started with registration at 5pm amid balloon sculptors and Thai dancers. Everybody was invited to have their photo taken on the way in, and was presented with a framed photograph of themselves before they left.
In the downstairs exhibition hall large LED screens showcased the teams current projects that include the Samui condominiums that features four hundred and eight units, many of them now occupied, one hundred and nineteen off road parking spaces, a swimming pool, a kids pool, a steam room and sauna, a large garden area, a tennis courts, a gym, a volley ball court, CCTV, and 24 hour security. The new Pause development of three residential clusters in a gated community was also shown that will be built to the right of the Samui condominium project. The residential areas include the Master Peak section will consist of ten luxury condominiums, The Posh section that will have twenty two detached homes and The Proud section that will have twenty two town houses and an office. The third project being showcased was the Casa Tequiero at Cha-am beach in Petchaburi that consists of two four story residential buildings with a total of seventy two units, thirty five car parking spaces, a swimming pool, kids pool, spa garden and ocean views.
Once the guests had marveled at the presentations they had the opportunity to chat with members of the RePlay team before being invited to go up to the spectacular roof top event that included complimentary food, beers, wines and cocktails and an evening of entertainment with speeches, a firework display, a lively Star Cabaret show, live music from the band Everything OK and Room 39.
The evening’s entertainment was filmed and screened on huge projector screens on the side of RePlay condominiums and was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
