This Pound to Baht exchange rate prediction is enough to make you cry

If you’re one of the many long term British retirees in Thailand who long for the days of 50, 60, 70 or even 80 Baht to the Pound, look away now!

A new Pound to Baht exchange rate forecast by The Economy Forecast Agency (EFA) makes for grim reading for Brits living in Thailand.
The EFA predicts a low of just 27 Baht to the Pound by 2023, which would value 1,000 baht at £37!
Of course this is just a forecast, and whether the Pound gets stronger or weaker against the Baht depends on a wide range of factors, some of which even the most experienced of financial experts would be unable to predict.
Today you can get 39.83 Baht to the Pound but earlier this week it hit a new low of 39.67.
