Three new routs announced by Air Asia

Air Asia is set to launch three new routs – the new destinations from U-tapao are Macau, Singapore and Udon Thani. The new promotional fares have come about due to the success of the U-tapao-Nanning and U-tapao-Nangchang routs.
Air Asia are promoting U-tapao as a hub for Chinese travelers to discover the Kingdoms Eastern region as well as offering new travel options to Thai people. The three new routes will serve daily flights to the new destinations.
The CEO of Air Asia Tassapon Bijleveld said that the carrier is ready to launch new routes from U-tapao to Rayong and Pattaya. “The reason we are continuously launching new routes from U-tapao Airport this year-end is because we see its potential and the opportunity to draw travel and investment to the Eastern region, whether it is to the popular entertainment destination Pattaya or to Rayong’s industrial centre” he said.
