TrueVision World Cup, 4pm replays at the Premier Bar and the World Cup anti gambling campaign

The RS Inter announced yesterday that it has authorized TrueVisions to broadcast all 64 matches of the 2014 world cup. In the mean time the a World Cup 2014 Gambling Prevention & Suppression Centre has been launched ahead of the tournament in order to closely monitor online gambling.
Gen. Aek Angsananont, the Deputy National Police Chief said that strict measures, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act will be implemented against parties involved in football gambling.
Gambling channels are mostly accessed via the internet, by telephones in restaurants or by sending an SMS. Meanwhile, anyone found gambling in excess of 10 million baht, or involved in an operation with more than 100 bettors will be prosecuted under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
The Premier Sports Bar in Bangrak will be showing the majority of the games live, however due to the time difference the first game will kick off at 5am local time, so that one will not be shown but all games will be re-run the following day at 4pm.
