Two killed, four injured in Yala bomb attack

Two shoppers were killed and four others injured when Muslim insurgents detonated a homemade bomb hidden inside a motorcycle at a fresh market in Yala’s Mueang district Monday morning.
Police said the explosion occurred at 7 am in front of the a gold shop at the Pimolchai market on Kwang Chia Burana road.
The market was busy with shoppers at the time of the explosion.
Police said three shoppers were slightly injured and another was seriously wounded.
