Ugh!! Beauty shop used super glue on woman’s eyelash extensions

A beauty shop owner went on Facebook to warn the Thai public after a woman came to see her for repairs to her eyes.
Another shop had used what the Thais call “Elephant Brand Glue” or super glue to give her permanent eyelash extensions.
The glue had seeped into her eyelid and the base of the eye socket causing swelling and pain.
She virtually had her eyes stuck together by the glue, said the beautician on the Fara Beauty Salon page.
They said it was the worst case of malpractice they had seen, reported Sanook.
In a repair job a solvent was used to soften the glue and extract the extensions. But it took a long time as the glue kept re-hardening.
Many pictures were posted of the woman undergoing the repairs.
