It was smiles all round yesterday when two university students returned a bag containing 40,000 baht in cash and valuables to its rightful owner, Daily News reported.

The students from Ratchaphat Nakjorn Sri Thammarat University dropped in to use the toilets on their way home on Friday and found the bag.

They took it to police who contacted the owner Pramin Chuaychert, 60, who works as a trader in the area.

She was very grateful and gave the fourth year students a reward for their honesty.
