this is a low density building with only 99 units available. the unit sizes are perfect for families and the materials are of high quality. layouts are functional and i like the proximity to the riverside and the surrounding landmarks. this project would be perfect for families that go to shewsbury international school.

this condo is in the charoenkrung neighborhood, near asiatique, only 140 meters away and not far from saphan taksin bts station, which makes my life more comfortable. furthermore, the project has an elegant design. i bought a 2-bedroom unit here. it is very spacious and allocated some furniture and appliances to meet my requirements. there are plenty of parking spaces available. the security system is excellent. however, there are only a few facilities in the common area. i think it would be great if the project could provide it more.

i've been looking for a condo in the charoen krung area to stay. at first, i searched for several places until i found this project, which is interesting. it's now under construction. i can't wait to see when it completes before deciding to buy. the room that i am interested in is a one-bedroom unit that doesn't look too small at all. moreover, the project facilities are quite complete, including a swimming pool, a gym, and a garden. the condo is located not far from the chao phraya river, which the atmosphere would be delightful to see. however, it's quite far from the skytrain, so it's suitable for people who own cars.

i've been looking for a new condo to purchase. i've looked at a lot of condominiums, and there isn't one that i'm interested in. then i came across this condo on the website that i wanted, so i bought it. my room is a two-bedroom which is suitable for my family. as there are two bedrooms, i will spare one for my child in the future. it's luxurious and has everything i need. i love the infinity-edge pool with a great view and also the complete facilities. the first impression of this project is the parking which is large and enough for the residents, so you don't need to double park your car. just so you know, the parking problem is an unsolvable problem for many condos. plus, it's located in a convenient location which is easy to get everywhere. you can take a motorbike taxi, or if you go further, you can take the bts at the saphan taksin bts as well. the staff is friendly and can speak many languages, so you don't have to worry about being a foreigner. overall, this place is so classy; i would like to recommend it!!!

it's no surprise that this place is so expensive because it is next to the chao phraya river and decorates a high-end condo. i think this place is suitable for both living and long-term investment. every room has a 180-degree chao phraya river view and comes fully furnished. the downside is that it is quite far from the bts and traveling to this area is not very convenient !!

this condo is luxurious, and the staff is friendly. the common area is clean and complete with facilities. the room's scenery is stunning, overlooking the chao phraya river and bangkok city views. the room is luxuriously decorated, good value for money. the condo provides sufficient car parking spaces. the location is also close to charoen krung road and other nearby amenities. it is convenient for shopping and traveling. overall, it's perfect!

it is a new project that has just been completed. the interior is luxurious and modern. it’s decorated with quality and beautiful furniture. moreover, the common areas are fully equipped, including a library, music room, sky lounge, fitness center, co-working space, and swimming pools around the building. there are 5 types of rooms available. the project is situated close to centralplaza rama 3 and iconsiam, very convenient to buy food and do shopping. also, the project is surrounded by famous schools and hospitals such as rajamangala university of technology krungthep (south bangkok campus) and bnh hospital. unfortunately, this project is a bit far from bts, but the nearest station is saphan taksin bts station which is about 1 kilometer away. however, it is close to si rat expressway with only 2 minutes away, considered as another good option for traveling. overall, this project is very attractive.
