i bought a type c2, which has 1 bedroom. the unit is sizable and stylishly decorated, with well-divided proportions. the whole project has also been designed elegantly and outstandingly. furthermore, there are plenty of facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, library, and garden on every floor. yet, the location is also advantageous, connecting to many main roads, whether ram intra road, vibhavadi rangsit road, ngamwongwan road, phahonyothin road, etc., as well as kasetsart university bts nearby, making it much easier to travel. moreover, the area also stands amid facilities and service, making my life effortless. it is such an impressive choice of living.

it's a condo near a well-known kasetsart university, which is only 1.5 kilometers away, and close to central ladprao, and chatuchak market. i rented a big 2-bedroom unit and shared it with my friend. the room is well-proportioned, fully furnished, and ready-to-move-in. there are also facilities for you here, such as the swimming pool and the fitness center, which i usually use every day.

i have lived here for many years. it's a luxury and comfortable condo where i could give a thumbs up. as for the rooms, they have modern functions that make life here very convenient. the furniture used to decorate is of good quality, and it is also a reasonable price. there are many facilities, just like a 5-star hotel, including yoga rooms, meeting rooms, artificial cliffs, separate male and female saunas, and 4 swimming pools connected in a long way. however, the parking lot is a bit small compared to the number of units. the room i'm staying in is a duplex room. even though i have the right to park one car, i must spend a long time looking for it. however, because there is a sena nikhom bts station nearby, i prefer to travel by train. a shuttle service is also available to the station. overall, staying here is regarded as very impressive.

i've been renting this condo for almost two years. i moved in during the first covid, so i didn't have many neighbors. it is mostly populated by students because it is close to kasetsart university and sripatum university. there are many shops and restaurants in this area. it is not close to the main road, but you can walk for about 200 meters. it is conveniently located near phaholyothin road and the bts station, which is only a few hundred meters away, making me feel at ease. the room is small, making it perfect for singles or couples. there are various facilities in a quiet setting, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a smart parking area, and etc.

the condo i bought is in the downtown area. it is the perfect condo for me because it is really comfortable and close to everything, including shopping malls, hospitals, universities and sena nikhom bts, which is just a few steps away. apart from its great location, the project is well-designed in the resort-style, making me feel completely rested every day. my room is a 34-square-meter one-bedroom unit which is spacious enough. the interior is fully furnished. it also has a city view. besides, i'm most impressed with the facilities here. there is the reception hall, the swimming pool, the fitness center, the garden, the key card access system and the 24-hour security guards. this condo is complete indeed.

the location is good, and the rental price is not expensive, suitable for people working like me. the room is also beautiful with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. it has been completely renovated and uses all white furniture to make the room look spacious and more pleasant to live. besides, there is also a parking lot. the communal area also includes a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and near convenience stores, and paolo hospital kaset, called it a convenient place to live in many aspects.

i bought a one-bedroom unit at this project two years ago. the room is fully furnished and move-in ready. the price is reasonable for the fully-furnished room and the facilities provided. unfortunately, i had to rent it out after living for 6 months because i changed job. surprisingly, many clients were interested in it and contacted me as the rental price isn't high considering its location and facilities. it makes your life easier.

this townhome is located in the heart of the city, near bts senanikom, which is very convenient to go anywhere. plus, the house is well-decorated, making it so cozy, which matches my taste and lifestyle. there are complete facilities in the common area like a fully-equipped gym, swimming pool, and garden for relaxing and chill. the interior has enough usable space, and the materials used for decoration are of good quality, and it makes me feel safe. there is a reliable security system with keycard access, making me feel at ease during my stay. the project is also close to many important places, making my life a lot much more comfortable.

i saw the building for the first time. the condition of the building was very shocking as it's quite old. it made me hesitate to move in and plan to move out if it's wasn't okay. when i came in, the room condition surprised me as the owner has greatly renovated it. the room is painted in white, making it looks airy and open. the furniture is new and complete with a nice hot water system. there are a swimming pool and fitness center. the residents here are friendly and nice. the location is also very close to the workplace. only about 1 kilometer away from the ratchayothin intersection. there are both department stores and restaurants. really worth it!
