the building has some very high-end units with large balconies and a great view over the city, and others,smaller ones, which are in need of an upgrade. common facilities are generous and the pool is unusually large and well situated. what is best is its location, surrounded by restaurants, shops and in a dead end soi but still within walking distance thonglor or ekamai. value for money is excellent and also living quality. it just depends if you’re up to an older building with its large and generous areas and deocorste your condo yourself.

the condo has a better finishing that the neighbouring base projects, but also belongs to sansiri's t77 community. you can directly walk to habito mall through a separate entrance at the back. the street side can be noisy, but canal side is quiet and has a magnificent city view. on nut freshmarket and big c make grocery shopping convenient. also you can access the expressway directly now that the sansiri bridge has been opened for traffic. the bts is a 7 minute walk away, albeit through a busy area. facily management works via the sansiri app, your will notified when you've received packages, etc. overall it's good value for your money.

the project is well located, next to a shopping mall, convenient to travel. but the attitude and words of the akara technician must be changed. an acquaintance who bought a room once said that the building technician doesn't speak well and has a rather bad attitude. if this can be changed, it will make the decision to buy easier. when there are problems, the technician doesn't seem to care.
