if you are looking for the best quality village. i recommend this project. the neighbors are mostly foreigners. it's a large village with many facilities inside, including the communal pool, the big park, the restaurant, the tennis court, and a good security system. if you are a nature lover, you are in the right place. it is full of greenery, plus, it is conveniently close to the main road.

i bought this house for my parents to live in after they retired. the village is small and was recently completed. i enjoy the natural atmosphere, which includes paddy fields and mountains. the size of the house is appropriate to our family and safe due to the fence, and pets are also allowed. the project is near the kadpakwan market, which has fresh and dry food, making it very convenient.

a new project is designed very modernly and beautifully. the house's design is unique and suitable for my wife and me to have a lovely family. there are various facilities in the common area such as a swimming pool, car park, and relaxing poolside area. there are both thai and foreigners living here.

this village has a good master plan, very beautiful and tidy. my house is a garden series house, 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms with parking space for about 2 cars and a private swimming pool. the house is a beautiful and modern design with a spacious living area and almost 4 meters high ceiling. it was in nice proportion and functional. it comes with european style kitchen and quality furniture, which makes it worth paying. the common area includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, mineral water system, garden, and playground. parents with children will like it very much. besides the project, it concerns the health and safety of the residents. they clean the common area regularly. importantly, the staff can assist whenever we have a problem, and they solve it quickly. it is convenient to travel from the project, close to the children's school, lanna international school, in less than 10 minutes by car, comfy for us, and about 15 minutes to chiang mai downtown. i think i made the right choice as it's so convenient in every aspect. impressed!

i am very impressed with the atmosphere around in the mood luxury pool villa project. it is a project surrounded by the nature of san phak wan. refreshing and feel happy to stay here inside the villa i bought, 4 bedrooms in size over 300 square meters of living space which is very suitable for my lifestyle. including the interior design of the house that is modern and safe, livable, the neighbors are cute and friendly. as for the full project facilities such as swimming pool, outdoor area, garden, tennis court, it is modern and suitable for use. the project can travel comfortably, very well. near wiang kum kam chiang mai municipal fresh market and chiang mai international airport as well considered a project that is worth the investment.

the house design is very cool in loft style with a bare concrete design and a few pieces of furniture that make the house look more spacious. i really love that the interior is mainly in dark-tone decoration, making it look more stylish. there are a total of 3 bedrooms with a swimming pool and a yard for pets. the location is quiet, suitable for living for full relaxation. there are many trees, very shady!
