located in the beverly hills of pattaya (wongamat) this peaceful condo benefits from a high-end polite staff. the pool is a real one with some decent depth, there is a second pool for children. family-oriented and walking distance to bath bus (100 m) and beach (850 m). 7/11, atms, restaurants, massage, barber in the street.

my foreign husband and i bought a room in this condo 5 years ago. we visit pattaya once a year and stay for several months each time. because it has lasted for decades, many people might have thought it is an old condo. nevertheless, the building has been well maintained. it doesn't look old. above all, this condo prioritizes large-scale rooms. some of these rooms are bigger than the entire house. we purchased a 3-bedroom unit. the room is quite large, the furniture is tastefully designed, and it has a large balcony overlooking the sea. plus, the common areas are relaxing parts making this condo better because there are many facilities available, such as a swimming pool, saunas, tennis courts, and gardens, all of which are always taken care of by the staff, as for the security system, it's strict from the entrance. what a great place!

i absolutely love this place. it is located in the city center, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, and many more. at the same time, the surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. there are also complete facilities in the common area like a gym and swimming pool overlooking wong amat beach. i’m extremely impressed with the staff since they are helpful and attentive. importantly, the price is reasonable. if i have a chance to come back to pattaya again, this place will definitely be my first choice.

a two-story detached house with 4 bedrooms is designed in a modern style and partly furnished. i bought this house for my family. the location is not in the heart of pattaya, but it is only a short drive away. i like this project because it can access many routes. ka ting lai beach is only 1 km away and is a nice place to spend the weekend with family. the village is surrounded by many amenities. the kids' school is just a short drive. there's both a market and shopping malls. i’m so happy because it is convenient for all of us.

i decided to buy this condo right after i visited the mock-up room. personally, i am quite confident in the project's developer, as it's the same developer to siamese pattaya and xq pattaya hotel, the famous chain hotels in pattaya. i have stayed in these 2 hotels frequently. i am quite satisfied with the service. so, i decided to buy once pattaya without hesitation because it provides the hotel-standard service.
there are also services such as shuttle buses and housekeeping services that we can book from our phones, so it's very convenient. the facilities include lounges, a cafe, and a fitness center. i bought a one-bedroom room. it's not very large but functional. it's not difficult to travel. if you are from bangkok, you can drive here within 1 hour.
i've heard that they might have an express train from bkk in the future, making it more convenient. for now, i can't wait to move into this place.

located on a two way direction road(3rd road) the connectivity is already 10x times better than beach or 2nd road who are a one way street. the land of this project is a bit higher and therefore majority of the units will have a uninterrupted city view. walking distance from terminal 21, tesco lotus and central marina. although not near the beach, this is a real pattaya city condo. i particular like the unit layout and functionality, the choice of materials are of good standards.

this is one of the few projects in pattaya that offer hotel standards. nicely decorated rooms in a functional layout.because its branded the property has hotel facilities on site, incl restaurants and leisure activities. worth an investment because its a low rise development and walking distance from terminal 21. north pattaya is known to be more laid back
