- since located in a dead-end road, very light traffic
- common area very well maintained and super clean
- 80m pool (yes!) and relaxing beach front pool
- fully equipped gym
- solid building quality of the rooms, you won't hear your neighbor
- very private and quiet, no short term rentals, no airbnb
- the staffs are very responsive and supportive
- tenants are friendly and welcoming

i think this is the best place in pattaya for price and quality. you feel like a free man here. the entire northern coastline and its infrastructure are right in front of you. terminal 21 is right next door. the exchange rates are the best. this area is made for aristocrats :)

located in the beverly hills of pattaya (wongamat) this peaceful condo benefits from a high-end polite staff. the pool is a real one with some decent depth, there is a second pool for children. family-oriented and walking distance to bath bus (100 m) and beach (850 m). 7/11, atms, restaurants, massage, barber in the street.

my foreign husband and i bought a room in this condo 5 years ago. we visit pattaya once a year and stay for several months each time. because it has lasted for decades, many people might have thought it is an old condo. nevertheless, the building has been well maintained. it doesn't look old. above all, this condo prioritizes large-scale rooms. some of these rooms are bigger than the entire house. we purchased a 3-bedroom unit. the room is quite large, the furniture is tastefully designed, and it has a large balcony overlooking the sea. plus, the common areas are relaxing parts making this condo better because there are many facilities available, such as a swimming pool, saunas, tennis courts, and gardens, all of which are always taken care of by the staff, as for the security system, it's strict from the entrance. what a great place!
