I was looking for a condo in the On-nut area. Luckily, one of my colleagues lives in this condo, so I had a chance to visit. The site is near Ratchayothin BTS station, just a few steps, so it's convenient to travel around. I also love it as the shopping mall is just 300 meters away. The room is in a good proportion in a modern style. It is so functional. Shame that there are only 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units available, so it won't be suitable for a big family. The project has a wide range of facilities - a pool, sauna., a gym, restaurants, a garden, and security systems for 24 hours. You have to get access by kay card, so it's quite safe. The residents here can be less socialized; they just smile when passing by each other. I think that's what happens with the residents in other condos too. Overall, it was great, moving on soon!
