To get to the project, you can start from the Mae Hia Saman Samakkhi Intersection. Firstly, head southwest for 2.7 kilometers into Chiang Mai-Hang Dong Road (Route 108) and turn right at Samoeng Intersection onto Route 121. Then, go straight for 1.9 kilometers and turn left onto the bypass road of San Pa Tong Hang Dong. After that, go straight for 2.3 kilometers and make a U-turn. Within 1.4 kilometers, and you will find the project on your left.

Beautiful and private house project.

The house project here is beautifully designed in Lanna style, which is unique for me but likely typical of Chiang Mai people. The interior is luxuriously decorated and has high privacy. There is a reliable security system with a 24H security guard. My house is a large two-story house that is suitable for my pets. The project has only a few units available, which is so private. Plus, it’s very convenient to travel because it is close to Chiang Mai International Airport, Big C Hang Dong, and Lanna International School.
