Since it is developed by Heights Holdings, I am sure it will be a good project because I used to rent a room at Arcadia Beach Continental, everything was good, but there were too many people. Now, this new project has the same management team with fewer units, so I thought that I would buy a room in this project. The room that I am interested in is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom room type. The usable area is good for living alone. The room is fully furnished and ready to move in. There is also a spa, sauna, fitness center, and swimming pool in the project. Somdet Park is next to the project, with a shady atmosphere. Family Mart is not far away, less than 5 minutes walking distance. Plus, there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. If you want to go to Pattaya Beach, it takes no more than 10 minutes by car, while Pratumnak Hill is just 20 minutes on foot. I think that this place can be a long-term accommodation for sure!
