Go straight onto Soi Ruamjit and Narathip Road to go onto Route 4 for about 2 kilometers. Turn right at the Siam Commercial Bank and continue straight for about 1.2 kilometers. Continue driving on Narathip Road, turn left onto Route 4, and continue straight for another 19.3 kilometers. Make a U-turn at the Hua Hin Airport, drive straight for 160 meters, and head on this route for more 2.1 kilometers. Then, turn left onto Soi Hua Hin 2, drive straight for 700 meters, and turn right to go straight for 1.3 kilometers. Then turn left, continue straight for another 39 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

A large single house was built under the residents' lifestyles, close to the city and Cha-Am Beach.

My family has relocated to Hua Hin for many years, and I decided to buy a big house as a gift. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private pool. Also, the price is not high, and I think it is very worthwhile because it is close to many famous tourist attractions and near Hua Hin Airport. Traveling everywhere is convenient, or even going to Bangkok is considered convenient. If you get bored, you can go to Hua Hin City, which is not far away, only a few minutes to get there. We all love our homes here. The weather is so nice, and the neighbors are friendly. Our big house allows my youngest daughter to raise a dog because the house area is large enough for pets to run around and not disturb the neighbors. Oh! As for the overall project offers many types of houses to choose from, with a private pool or without the pool. The prices are also different regarding the house types. However, it is made to order with a period of 10 months; it will be completed and ready to move in.
